Many roads traveled, those moments behind me now, more to come… Where does the road lead? I’m looking forward to finding out. I have taken this month off from large commercial photo projects to take stock of what I’m doing, where I’m going, some reflection, and projection. Have some exciting projects on the horizon. Emerald City Fashion Week coming in March. HUGE project, I’m excited to be involved, and prior is a denim photo shoot in Sydney, Australia! So excited about that. When everyone is freezing in the northern hemisphere, I’ll be enjoying summer in the land down under!

There are quite a few other projects I’m working on, and some I can’t comment on yet, however, this coming year is going to be BIG! No matter where I’m going this year, I also have a lot to do in this current city. I chose to bring culture and diversity to Rockford, IL in ways perhaps the people here aren’t ready for yet. Sometimes in life timing is everything, and when I found myself back here, I saw opportunity I saw that I arrived early. I chose to set up shop here while I create the city I dreamed of.

I still travel as much as I possibly can, however this project has taken quite a bit of time and energy. It’s not easy bringing everyone up to speed to accept people’s differences, and see the positive impact all people can make. I dream of the time when it all comes together when corruption and hate no longer keep people at their current station, when people truly want to be the best they can be.
